Paul Lange on the FSAddon FSX Mission Editor

I think we may well call Paul Lange the ‘Mission Man’. He was the FS development team member responsible largely for the missions concept introduced with FSX. And he has some very nice things to say about our very own add-on: FSAddon.com’s FSX Mission Editor!

Paul has always been an enthusiastic supporter of the various add-on designers and publishers, AND is one of the most approachable people of the FS team today. His comments are much appreciated !

Grenoble Isère Airport Released

We’re happy to announce the release of a new FS2004 title: Grenoble Isère Airport for FS2004 by Totingue!

We haven’t forgotten our still large contingent of FS9 customers and Grenoble Isère Airport is a wonderful addition for those flying in France. Even more so for users of the FranceVFR FlightAlpesNord package ! Antonio Totingue has made Grenoble Airport fit into the FranceVFR scenery and adapted a few textures for it as well.

You can use it without too, of course.

Grenoble comes with all the buildings painfully copied from the real ones, with airport traffic, lots of animations, changes according to season, opening hangar doors, and much more.

Most of all it provides a very realistic ‘feel’ of a typical French regional airport and allows for great flights in the area, where other such airports (like Chambery and Annecy) can be found too.

Available now from the simMarket on-line shop

And the best news? At only Euro 14,95 ex VAT It won’t break the bank !!!

….. and Lizzie is back on track !!

Yesirreee! We have found a NEW designer, drew up and signed a contract and locked and loaded!

After the unfortunate delays and lapses in communication with our previous designer company, eventually forcing us to stop dealing with them, we have now found a new partner and we have RESTARTED the project.

That obviously means more delays, but I think it will be worth it. We want to make an INTERESTING title (NOT ‘just’ an aircraft, and that means investment in money AND time…. and patience.

Oh, and you may now see ‘another’ Lysander appear on the market….. the developers threatened to take ‘our’ model to the competition. So be it, we’ll just have to make certain that OURS will blow the socks off any other model…. and we will !!

Grenoble Isère Airport for FS2004 – NEXT weekend

We had hoped to release this new title today, but a last minute bug was discovered and we had to fix it in order to stay true to our own policy: Quality First!

Antonio has found and fixed it, but now we’re too late with the product pictures and other (truck load of) documents and administrative burdens that go with a product launch.

So we have decided to move it to NEXT weekend (lets say Friday March 7th !) . I will post some more pictures during the week.
