Florida GA Airports Vol 3 and 4 Released

We have now released Joe Watson’s Florida GA Airports Volume 3 and Volume 4…. see the ‘fdn products’ tab on the right of the page!

Central Florida GA Airports is a collection of ENHANCED default airports. Joe has meticulously placed lots of objects to the existing barren Florida airports, bringing them to life and making it fun for you to fly to these small private airstrips allover Florida.

Since some customers appreciate something more tangible, we are also working on a CD version with ALL airports put together.

Life throws curve balls sometimes….

With both Mom’s (of the developer and of the publisher) being diagnosed with cancer and family coming first, progress on the Lizzie has been 0 these past few weeks. Ron’s mother seems to be okay now, so he’s back on the job. Mine isn’t, so work is continuing with many interruptions.

Such is life.

Meanwhile I am now working on Volumes 3 and 4 of Joe Watson’s GA Florida series… expect them to be published this coming weekend !!!

New Products Progress Report

We are back from our annual trip to Romania and back to the grind! It has been quiet around here, I know. So here’s some news about where we are….. and with what.

Lysander: Ron is getting the gauges to run in FSX, and we should have a working model for Beta this month.

Tongass FSX: should be ready for Beta this month too. It has taken Bill much longer than anticipated to re-design all those 3D objects we have in Tongass Fjords. FSX has not made our work any easier! But Bill told me he’s almost done now.

Emma Field: When Tongass objects are ‘out of the way’, Bill can turn all his attention to the new Emma Field X….. finally !

San Diego: AJWeber reports that he’s now well under way with his San Diego Naval Base after having overcome some initial FSX problems. Something to keep your eyes open for in the months to come!

German Mountain Fields: Jürgen Lechleitner is steadily progressing on these, but publication is not expected before the end of this year.

Cessna 180 and The Fitch: still working on getting more data for them…. and we won’t start until the Lysander has proven there’s a market for aircraft still…..

Misty Fjords X: will follow Tongass Fjords…… much work to be done there.
