Hot news for fighter jocks ! This week Garry J. Smith joined the ranks of FSAddon with his Fighter Pilot 2 Texture Expansion Pack product, which adds 60 liveries and 13 paintkits for great planes like the F-14 Tomcat, F-15 Eagle, F-16 Falcon, F-18 Hornet and F-122 Raptor. The package is available from our own site here and from simMarket and costs only US$ 14.95.

Prerequisite for the package is having Fighter Pilot 2 by Abacus installed. The F-14 painst also work with Abacus’ F-14D Super Tomcat package.

Although this is not a product that’s typical for FSAddon, the fact that Garry has for many years enriched the Flight Simulator ’scene’ with his graphics art in various forms and is a well-known figure in the communities, was reason enough for us to welcome him into the team and provide the marketing services to him. Garry’s logo’s, shiny ‘metal’ fonts and countless aircraft liveries are known around the globe, so we’re happy to get him ‘in house’.

Garry J. Smith has for many years enriched the Flight Simulator ’scene’ with his graphics art in various forms. Be that logo’s, shiny ‘metal’ fonts or aircraft liveries, his work always demands attention. Garry has now joined forces with FSAddon Publishing to market some of his work.

We’re talking here about aircraft liveries intended for some of the US jet fighters portrayed in Abacus Software’s Fighter Pilot 2 title. This series of aircraft was designed by main developer Turgot Piskin, with assistance of a number of other designers.

Garry provided a number of liveries to the project, but many of his additional paints could not be included. So, with agreement of Abacus, he decided to expand the collection dramatically and then make them available separately as an Expansion Pack. And that’s what you are looking at here !

What is included?
60 new, revised and/or enhanced liveries and 13 paint kits (for your own painting!):

• 20 Liveries for the F14D including 7 various paint kits
• 8 Liveries for the F15C including 1 camo paint kit
• 11 Liveries for the F16C including 1 paint kit fits all models
• 18 Liveries for the F18G including 3 paint kit
• 4 Liveries for the F22A including 1 paint kit

Fighter Pilot 2 by Abacus (available HERE) is a prerequisite. The F-14 liveries will also work with F-14 D Super Tomcat, also by Piskin at Abacus Software (click HERE).
